Membership entry requirement

To join the Loyalty program, the vehicle must undergo a one-time ULTRA deep cleaning treatment. This ensures the car starts its membership in perfect condition and is maintained at that level throughout the year.

What does the cleaning in the packages include?

Exterior of the vehicle

  • Detailed cleaning of rims and tires

  • Pre-wash with active foam

  • Hand wash with microfiber glove

  • Safe drying

  • Tire coating (matte or glossy)

  • Optional quick wax application

Interior

  • Thorough vacuuming of the vehicle

  • Blowing out hard-to-reach areas with a Tornador tool

  • Steam cleaning and disinfecting of windows, vents, plastics, and controls

  • Care and protection of plastics and leather with protective coatings

  • Cleaning of all glass surfaces

Note: Deep stain and dirt extraction from seats, carpets, and headliner is not included – this is part of the ULTRA treatment, which is included once a year in the Elite package.
